This machine is a hot air sealing machine with high speed and high output.The machine is specially designed to provide a fast, simple and reliable method for application of a hot melt tape over a sewn seam or glued joint to create a waterproof product such as manufacturing of PVC, PU, rubber, three layer fabric waterproof, leak proof clothing or rubber products such as: protective clothing, raincoat, ski suit, diving suit, space suit, tent, car cover, boat cover, launch balloon etc.
Features :
1. Fully auto-control CPU, Full show on touch screen control Function improved over all & easy to use. 2. Auto tape cutting system, sealing trail orderly. The functions of auto tape clipping, sending & finishing reduce the wastage of raw material.
3. Auto tape feeding device and tension regulator, assure the tape feeding smooth, prevents feeding over tight or loose.
4. Auto controllable temperature, max temperature up to 780'C.
5. Setting cooling system outside of hot air pipe. 6. Hot air pipe & heater are protected by inner super statics wind machine, prolong the using life. 7. Pressure between upper roller & lower roller is adjustable through self-governed pressure valve. 8. Appearance and nozzle designing carry out patent.
